Nigeria: Fast-Track Deals With Chinese Firms for Port Harcourt, Warri Refineries, IPMAN Urges NNPC

[Leadership] The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has called on the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC), to expedite the conclusion of the proposed Technical Equity Partnership with the two Chinese companies for the completion and operation of the Warri and Port Harcourt Refineries.
