Libya: Anti-Migrant Rhetoric Fuels Abuses

[HRW] Beirut -- Libyan authorities have used incendiary rhetoric and pursued a campaign of mass detention and expulsions of migrants, asylum seekers, and refugees, sparking anti-migrant protests, Human Rights Watch said today.
