Uganda: Motor Dealers Protest Digital Plate Shortages

[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala -- Uganda's motor trade sector has demanded that the government cancel its 10-year contract with Russian firm Joint Stock Company Global Security, citing persistent failures in implementing the Intelligent Transport Monitoring System (ITMS).
