West Africa: Ecowas Chairman Consoles Ghana Over Deadly Floods

[Ghanaian Times] CHAIRMAN of the ECOWAS Authority and President of Sierra Leone, Julius Maada Bio, on Friday paid a visit to Ghana to commiserate with President John Dramani Mahama in the aftermath of the June 29 flood.
