Ghana: Piac Raises Concern Over Quality of Oil-Funded Projects

[Ghanaian Times] The Public Interest and Accountability Committee (PIAC) has urged the government to involve Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) more directly in the planning and implementation of petroleum-funded projects.
