Somalia: Puntland Launches Operations Against Islamic State Fighters in Somalia's Bari Region

[Shabelle] Mogadishu -- Security forces in Somalia's Puntland have launched large-scale military operations against fighters linked to the Islamic State in parts of the Bari region, officials said.
