US: LA area mayor to plead guilty to acting as Chinese agent

The mayor of a Los Angeles suburb with a heavy Chinese-American presence has resigned after admitting to acting as a Chinese propaganda agent. Eileen Wang now faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in jail.
