US, Nigerian forces kill senior ISIS leader in joint operation

US President Donald Trump says Abu-Bilal al-Minuki, described as ISISâs second-in-command globally, has been killed in a joint operation involving US and Nigerian forces. Nigeriaâs President Bola Tinubu confirmed the operation, saying it dealt a significant blow to Islamic State networks operating in West Africa.
