Tanzanian PM urges regional cooperation to protect Lake Victoria

Tanzanian Prime Minister Mwigulu Nchemba has called on member states of the East African Community (EAC) to strengthen cooperation in protecting Lake Victoria. Tanzania also plans to collaborate with neighboring countries on water transport safety, fisheries monitoring, and climate change adaptation.
